Drainage System

Bill's procedure today was a huge success! It was about 3 hours and he woke up famished, so they ordered him a turkey sandwich. He must have had an exceptional anesthesiologist because he came out of it so smoothly. I got home and he was hanging out downstairs with quite a bit of energy. He even came to my Open House tonight! I was thrilled he could meet some of the people I constantly talk about. I think just being able to go was extremely motivating for him. We had a great night! I will have to post more later... sleep is calling my name.

It was soooo good to see you tonight, finally meet Bill, see Tyler and also to meet your mom!! I wrote you on Facebook, but I also wanted to post here. When I saw Bill sitting at your desk tonight my heart did cartwheels!! I knew then that the procedure went well today and he was feeling good, better than good, to be able to come to open house. He was so kind and so appreciative, he really put a smile on my heart.

Jackie, your room is beautiful and is truly a testament to your skills as a teacher and your dedication to your students. One can see from their work that each one of them truly rises to each challenge and attacks producing amazing results.

Hi Jackie and Bill,
Fantastic news! It's wonderful to hear Bill was feeling well and able to make it to Open House. It's also great to hear (from Nancy) that Bill's warm personality still shines through and that he continues to warm people's hearts the way few people do. (Bill, you have a way of filling people's hearts the way Santa Claus does!) Love always,
Susan and Kevin

Jackie,

It was so good to see Bill at Open House! It warmed my heart to see him again, especially to see him enjoying the evening with you and your school family. Your room was buzzing with enthusiasm, energy, and amazement at what you have accomplished with your students this year. Our little resident techy just blew the parents away with the books on tape each student created! Your room was a direct reflection of you and a testament to your dedication and passion for your students and your profession. I feel blessed to be part of your life. And on another note, I have no idea why you even think I'm your "secret gift giver." Tell Bill I'll be there April 25th with bells on for his celebration of life! Love always, Tamie
